The answer is yes! Future Folk Designs ships internationally and offers a flat rate of $10AUD. Important to note that overseas customers are responsible for any import or local taxes that are payable to customs in their own country.
We aim to dispatch online orders within one to three business days after purchase and items purchased during a sale period may take an extra day or two. Depending on your location delivery may take up to seven days.
If something is not quite right then please do not hesitate to let us know. We ask our customers to check their purchases and notify us within 14 days of delivery. Send your email to email@example.com and we will then endeavour to resolve this for you with either a credit voucher, refund or exchange. Simply quote your order or receipt number and cite your reason and one of our happy helpers will reply as soon as possible.
Future Folk Designs regularly has sales on samples and seconds and these items are marked as such. Also, please note that there are no refunds for a change of mind and all returns must be unused, unworn and include original tags.
Future Folk Designs recommends that customers provide a secure delivery address such as place of employment because Future Folk Designs does not accept responsibility for any lost or stolen parcels.
Due to the outbreak of COVID-19 some customers may experience a delay with their online delivery. Various governments have implemented restrictions and suspended services on overseas postal and therefore causing further delays. Please note that once your order is shipped, we are unable to retrieve a suspended parcel. We thank our customers for their understanding and patience.
